This course is intended for any student wishing to gain muscle strength and a good technique to achieve basic acrobatics. Within this course, students learn figures like a handstand, somersaults, cartwheels and ground movements and others increasing difficulty. At the end of this course, students will have a better spatial orientation and good body awareness in the air and on the ground. This course is perfect for beginners as well as for students wishing to add a component to their freestyle dance.
